B-L-O-C-K Leave

Wooohooo! Private rank, oh yes. Hahaa.. Nothing much to hooray about actually. 5 more days till I enter the whole shit cycle all over again, that's life in NS sadly. And guess what, just the day after my POP I actually kena conjunctivitis (bacteria eye infection), which was pretty bad. Couldn't open my bloodshot eyes with hand-assistance to remove the dried yellow discharge that stick my eyes together. Surprisingly, I recovered in 3-4 days - though my plans were already messed up and block leave wasted. I somehow spread it to my older brother and my grandfather, just when I was about to recover fully lar. Totally strange..

So yes, I burnt my block leave spending time to recover. I can't possibly step out of the house with both eyes swollen yeaa.. Blah. I'm soo gonna watch tons of movie during this 12-days - caught both Bolt and Twilight on a midnight movie marathon already. Twilight movie rocks man! Some people say it ain't really good, which I have no clue why. Perhaps they read the book itself and had a higher expectation of it bah. I soooo like baseball scene with the Cullens during the thunderstorm, using the thunder as a cover for their super-loud whacks. Stephenie Meyer - the next big time after J.K. Rowling! She might just be the one who kickstart my book reading habit. Haha. Anyway, she released this partial draft of her "Midnight Sun" book that is from Edward's point-of-view (POV) for Twilight book on her website - not that she want to actually, since someone close to her leaked it out. So now, she's putting this particular book on hold till everyone forgets about it or so she says. Lol. Anyhooo.. do check out the Twilight movie as well as the movie soundtracks like Muse's "Supermassive Black Hole" and Mutemath's "Spotlight (Twilight Mix)"..

Shit! Kena summon at Shaun's house, effectively bringing up my mahjong loss to all time high.. Bloody hell..

"Your Woman" by White Town

Just tell me what you've got to say to me
I've been waiting for so long to hear the truth
It comes as no surprise at all you see
So cut the crap and tell me that we're through

Now I know your heart, I know your mind
You don't even know you're bein' unkind
So much for all your highbrow Marxist ways
Just use me up and then you walk away
Boy, you can't play me that way

Well I guess what you say is true
I could never be the right kind of girl for you

CHORUS:
I could never be your woman
I could never be your woman
I could never be your woman
I could never be your woman

When I saw my best friend yesterday
She said she never liked you from the start
Well me, I wish that I could claim the same
But you always knew you held my heart

And you're such a charming, handsome man
Now I think I finally understand
Is it in your genes? I don't know
But I'll soon find out, that's for sure
Why did you play me this way

Well I guess what you say is true
I could never be the right kind of girl for you

(CHORUS)

Well I guess what they say is true
I could never spend my life with a man like you

(CHORUS)

The final lap.

Woohoo... I didn't post any thing on this blog throughout my BMT sia. Tomorrow will be my last day in Tekong, before I have my long block leave till 21st December. Will be having the stupid 24km route march, after which we'll be having our pass-out parade. I just pray that the speech given by the MP will be short, if not my legs will die sia. Simply can't wait for the holidays! Gonna kick-start my Xmas festive mood by doing some shopping down the lovely-decorated Orchard Road. *hohoho* Peace out!
